Oh NO! a support group....images of stale smelling community centre rooms come to mind with a group of dodgy looking strangers all sharing way too personal stuff.....ok, relax - it's not like that at all.
We are a group of women who have shared similar experiences and would like to use what we have learnt along the way to help and inform others.
Vision:
To be a support group for adult sexual abuse survivors, creating a place of safety for sharing, prayer and building of leaders in various areas of ministry.
To create awareness within the church about sexual abuse.
To support and create community projects relating to the protection of children against abuse. |
If you have experienced abuse and would like to meet like minded women who are not looking back but Living Life Forward, trying to find ways for God to use our experiences for His glory, then please join us for wine and snacks once a month at a venue to be confirmed.
