Pastoral Letter from Trevor for the plans ahead
Before you all go on your holiday, I wanted to write a pastoral letter to put some things into perspective.This year has brought many changes and challenges for our church and me. One of them is my appointment to be the team leader at Valley. This is a privilege for me. I want to be responsible before God in my calling to lead the church with the Oversight Team.

WE STILL NEED HELPERS ON SUNDAY
Please help us to make your Sunday morning a more spiritual time by volunteering to help in 2 areas.
Sound Desk: The Lord loves our Worship, do you? To prevent those ear-splitting screeches which the electronics sometimes emit, we need Someone to turn the knobs and dials, and to tape the sermon in case you miss it, or would like to hear it again.
Data Projectionist: We have songs with such lovely words it’s a pity not to sing them and have to hum instead! A computer literate person (not a fundi) can make that happen.

CARE MEALS
We would like to set up a Caring Team within Valley who are able to supply meals to our folk, who for whatever reason are not able to cook for themselves. It does not need to be on a regular basis but whenever you find you have oversupplied for your own needs, meals for 1 – 4 persons can be frozen and stored at Valley for when the need arises within our church family.
