We need confirmations of attendance so that we can book either the smaller or bigger hall. This could cause major disruptions if you pitch up without confirming.

Enough stuff to eat & drink (coffee, tea etc will be available, facilities are available for a braai if you want to). We have permission to bring our own alcohol within the agreement that our behaviour will be fitting a church venue (if you have questions about this please contact me and we can chat) |

DO NOT USE THE BELL AT THE GATE. When you are at the gate please phone me and I’ll open for you. Where I sit there is no intercom, and the property staff will not open for you either. |
